Who We Are
EIRA is an urban intelligence and design veture born from academic research and real-world practice.
As an academic spin-off, we bring together expertise in artificial intelligence, urban planning, architecture, sustainability, climate resilience, ESG, geospatial analysis, and data science to help organizations identify, measure, and activate the hidden potential of underused urban assets.
Our multidisciplinary team includes architects, urban planners, designers, engineers, sustainability specialists, data scientists, and researchers affiliated with leading institutions such as Massachusetts Institute of Technology and IE University, combining academic excellence with hands-on experience across cities, real estate, infrastructure, and sustainability projects.
EIRA operates within a broader ecosystem of academic, technology, design, and implementation partners. Through collaborations with universities, research centers, industry leaders, and delivery partners—including FF, Paisajes Prestados, and cloud infrastructure providers such as Amazon Web Services—we connect research, technology, design, and execution to deliver measurable sustainability outcomes.
