A courtyard is not just a void. A residual space is not just leftover land. Each can become part of the city's climate, social and environmental infrastructure — with rooftops as the first proof point.
For rooftops, this becomes the Living Roofs offer, in partnership with Paisajes Prestados and Fast & Furious Production Office. For other urban assets, the same method adapts to courtyards, façades, residual spaces, campuses or public–private portfolios.

As an academic spin-off, we bring together expertise in artificial intelligence, urban planning, architecture, sustainability, climate resilience, ESG, geospatial analysis, and data science to help organizations identify, measure, and activate the hidden potential of underused urban assets.
