EIRA Core is not a static software layer. Every scan, pilot and measured intervention improves the intelligence system for future assets and comparable contexts. Our work connects applied AI, urban planning, architecture, regulatory intelligence, sustainability metrics and climate resilience.
Through our Chair in AI for the Built Environment (UdC · CITIC), EIRA operates as an applied case study — with research lines spanning urban resilience, regulatory intelligence, digital twins, generative design and the activation of underused urban surfaces.
